So my friend is from Africa and every time he buys hosting they ban him for fraud. He's not frauding. He's just in Africa.

He uses paypal to pay for it.

So my question is, how can he do it without getting banned?

Can these companies detect proxies, vpn and vps as not residential IPs and still ban him?

What's the plan? He just needs to buy 1 service per provider, so he would just need to get 1 IP and a new paypal with US address. So what's the best plan?

Was he buying/setting it up FROM Africa or were you doing it for him from Europe (or wherever) and then sending him login access?

That is IP profiling that is wrong.

Perhaps contact the company beforehand an explain the situation. Tell him to tell them that he's not a scammer and will pay in advance etc. That should do the trick. Good luck.

Great local hosting company. Just buy a package from them, I'm pretty sure they don't care where you're buying from.

Maybe his ip from home on a blacklist .

He can get proxies and then use one proxie as a home proxie ip, and use it to buy any service he wants .

Maybe your friend under survalince in his country(( africa got there own rules ....

From what I understand it's not the logging in that's the problem, it's the purchasing. 50% of hosting companies seem to auto refund and ban countries from africa. Maybe the logging would also trigger it but I dont think so.

Already tried, seems like about 50% of companies have a no africa policy.

Aren't proxies easily detectable and would also trigger a ban? If they consider africa a risk country, I'm sure they consider proxy IPs to be risk as well. What I'm wondering is if VPNs and VPSes are harder to detect. Or how he could get his hand on a residential IP.

Thanks but he needs more than 1, it's for PBNs.

Maybe he can get the ball rolling with a VCC and then take it from there.
Obviously the smartest way is to talk to companies.

I know guys from Eastern Europe that had the same issue and solved it by talking to the company.
