How can I boost my site from the 14th search result to the top 3?

I've been using panda bot for a week now to boost my rankings. A week ago I was on the end of the 3rd page, but after running the bot daily, nearly 24/7, I have managed to make it to the 2nd page as the 14th result. I'd say about 3 days ago I've reached this position and ever since then I've been stuck there. Panda bot is giving me a nice 60-70 views per day on my webpage (which is actually a lot for me considering this site is brand new, bought the domain in late October, and before using the bot i was barely getting 5 views a day). How can I boost myself to the to top 3 results?

Additional information: About 2 weeks ago I bought 15 web 2.0s for the site and a couple hundred of tier 2 links sent to the web 2.0s. I have also bought 900-1000 social signals. When I look up the backlink profile on majestic SEO only one of my web 2.0s appears though.

Also, as of now I'm not really seeing any results in terms of views or clicks that are not done by the bot, I'm not sure if this is normal for being on the 2nd page, the keyword has 6,600 monthly searches.

Is pandabot still effective til now?

You just bought web 2.0 links 2 week before. Wait for 2 more weeks to see the SERP movement.
At the same time build another set of web2.0 and build tier links for those properties.
I don't think panda bot helps to rank anymore.

Thanks for the advice, I'm going to create some manual web 2.0s soon, I don't have scrape box to send mass links to though. Also, panda bot was actually pretty helpful, it managed to bring me up from the bottom of the 3rd page to the 14th result

Look at marketplace or fiverr. Many of them offering some good tier 2 link blast.

I would say the same thing and its not a joke. Thats the most effective way to rank these if you are serious, just look at the first 3 letters of your username.

Also, generally speaking, most of the users do not go beyond the first page of google and that is why almost no visitors are coming from search engines at 2nd page.

Once you start ranking on the front page visitors would start coming in as well, but bulk of the traffic would come when it gets ranked in top 5.
