    Hi,
Im doing the SEO for one of my clients websites and i have just noticed several 100 links from a porn site in Google Webmaster. Is there a way of blocking these links from the site? Would redirecting it through the HTACCESS file be the best way?

Thanks in advance for aany advice you can give

I'm no expert, but I don't believe off site seo can hurt you unless it is a major part of your site.

Think about it, if this was the case, a new seo tactic would be to spam competitors and have them penalized.

Don't worry about the Porn links. I've run tests and except on small sites it backfires... It actually increased the ranking and I'm sure PR of the website. Porn links are def. not as bad as people would think. Google realizes when a competitor is spamming you.

Links are links. Porn sites are indexed by google, just because you get a porn site links doesnt mean its bad, if it was bad it wouldn't be indexed by google.

WHy would you waste your time trying to remove them, they are free links.

    insane...
