How can I avoid my account to be bisabled?

Hi!
So I was making an alternative profile for adding people to a group I made, and so I got into some groups and started adding friends. After a while I got a message that tells me my account has been disabled.
This account was alive for about 5 hours till that happened

How can I avoid this mess in the future?

1. don't make your account look suspicious and don't do too many actions from the start

2. use other ip addresses for these accounts

That is what I would do :)
 
Follow Facebook Guidelines, Don’t mislead your visitors and Don’t over promote yourself.

Thanks for your sharing. I just wanted to ask how would you know that an account is suspicious?
 
Don't over spam with your new accounts.
New registered account require time to warm up.

Usually i will use my new account like a normal user.
the longer the better, at least a week or two. Don't start any massive spamming activities.
fb wants to see clean healthy activities, that is how you keep your account safe.
 
Adding friends on a new account is the fastest way to get it disabled, even on a warmed up account, there's still a chance it'll get locked.

Fill out all profile info, join some pages, share some posts to your page, like/share/comment on posts a few times per day. After a few days you should be able to start adding friends to a group but in very small increments.
 
I used to get banned too.
What you can do is start joining groups and continue contributing there as a girl. People will start sending you friend requests accept them .. 2 a day or 3 a day and send them your group invite.
 
if its 1-2 accounts then make it by your phone

Great advice! Unrealted: Can I ask where will you get a profile photo? And what is the criterias for it?

there is many places for picture, but you can try Instagram
before uploading crop,color edit etc as much as you can.
 
1.- do not comment on the same text more than twice
2. Don't add people without knowing them at once (future capcha)
 
Only add whose people you know, don't use lots of IP same days and avoid over promote yourself.
 
share some posts to your page and join some pages after few days. add whose people you really know. avoid fake profile.
 
In the first days you can play, watch videos and add a few friends suggested by FB, besides completing the profile information, add a phone number... with the passing of time add more friends (always suggested by facebook), share some posts, comment generic things in photos of friends, continue playing, watching videos and liking friends posts...
 
Follow Facebook Policies, Stick To One IP Address and Create Many Ad Accounts.
