Every time I make PBN (private) links there is a extremely heavy google dance going on.
This means keywords are falling from #10 to #50-90 and staying there for more than 30 days. Seems like since the September update the google dance became heavier and longer.

Now, how can I avoid that big google dance, while still building PBN links?

Normally I build around 1x link per day for about two/three weeks = 14 links.
Maybe two links for a week are enough?

How do you guys handle this? And do you also have such a strong google dance?

By dancing stronger and harder than google.

Jokes aside, I'd say continue building links like you're doing. Google has been busy updating this 2016 compared to any other years. Optimize mobile, US index updates and so on. I have also been experiencing jumps from 1st page to 5th page lately and I know they'll be back to the first page after a while.

    Algo? Let's play with you.
It looks like they are making the dances heavier to exhaust us and make us think we did something wrong.
Maybe they are just trying to confuse us.
Well I'm just still testing since the last update, testing how long does link juice take to affect, testing dances, testing anchors.

Throw some 2.0's at it as well, then just move on to another project but make sure to keep building PBN links over time. You should just let it gather momentum, SEO's certainly taking longer these days. Like he said above Google seem to be teasing us and making us paranoid.
