You should open a Google Ads account or sign up to Google Ads with your Google account. Think of some keywords that your ideal client would look for, write an ad and click on launch.
I'd advise you to do some better drill downs and a proper set up. Set up tracking to learn what works and what isn't, research keywords, use match types properly.
But this should get your ad on Google search.

From my opinion is better to perform same budget on Facebook not in Google because google is more expensive and bring you less results.

If you are beginning and don't have a big budget try Meta cause Metas algorithm is much smarter and finds an audience faster, after starting Google it needs more time to generate traffic

Google's rules are very strict at the moment and it's not recommended to try to use google at first
Unless you're very well prepared.
