    If all urls in the file don't start with "http://" You can use Search & Replace(regex) to replace all newline character('\n') with '\nhttp://'.

    And if the file already has urls with "http://" do the above and replace "http://http://" with "http://" so that the double occurrence for the urls that already had "http://" in it would be removed.

    Alternatively, if you have excel, just create a column containing the formula ="http://"&A1 and copy it down.

    use concatenate formula of excel just see below

    Based on the Excel spreadsheet above, the CONCATENATE function would return the following:
    =CONCATENATE(A1, A2) would return "Alphabet"
    =CONCATENATE("Tech on the ", "Net") would return "Tech on the Net"
    =CONCATENATE(A1, "bet soup") would return "Alphabet soup"

    Or you could use textmechanic to add a prefix:

    Notepad++
    Tick (on) regular expression option, then
    Invoke Replace command, and in >>

    Find what: ^(?:?!http://))
    Replace with: http://

    Go to the top left spot (beginning of the file),
    then click Replace All button.

    Done! All those lines that do not have the "http://" at the beginning will have it before the URLs.

    Note: Remove the last line that shows only "http://" on it. (You can remove any empty lines at the end of the text)
    Make a backup first. Or if something goes wrong, then come out of the Replace window and press "undo" option on Edit menu. :D
