I am creating a business that sells content writing services and have acquired a US based editor through oDesk. Once I did a test run with my editor, I offered for him to set up on US based content mills and do profit sharing so as to entice him to do so. He agreed to set up accounts, but I just received a notice form oDesk Legal that they were temporarily suspending my oDesk account because I "solicited" to pay my Freelancer outside of oDesk. Any other "infringements" and I'll be permanently suspended from oDesk. I rectified it by signing my acknowledgement, but I don't want my business to come to a halt because oDesk merely decides to suspend my account and access to my editor. I understand that they provide a platform between freelancers and businesses, but I don't need the rug pulled out from me before I'm out of the starting gate.

Anyways, I was wondering if there is a way to have US based Blackhatworld members to set up accounts on a couple Content Mill Sites/Brokerages on behalf of my business (at a reasonable rate). These content mills were only one channel to go through, but I was looking to create multiple channels. In Instant Cash Surge, he states that since he is from India, he had Blackhat members set up accounts on his behalf. I am looking to have the same done for my business.

I don't understand are you looking for people to set up various content mill accounts (I understand you mean sites that pay for content and what not) on your behalf or are you looking for someone to guide you on how to manage this business for you and/or give you advice?

You can start and run your business online.
You need not be in the US to set up a content mill and offer your service.
Create a good marketing plan instead.
And yeah transacting outside of oDesk is not permitted.
