How boost 301 redirections?

Hi good morning to all,

i make some 301 redirections today
since i made it get each time 5 visits i know it looks like spiders
but

Is there an other solution to boost those new links i made ???

Or do i need to left all online and do not touch more (get an idea make a sitemap but does it really help more or lost my time plese>?
