how big risk is PBN?

I plan to make my PBN, so I wounder how big is risk of getting penalized? I going to use it only for my sites.

The more people know about your PBN the higher the risks.
 
The more you treat it as a PBN, the more chance it get found.

Treat it as a money sites, don't treat it as a PBN.

Start slow, 1-2 to 5-6 and 10-12.
 
Ermm Yes,

The last thing Big G is going to know is the seo foot prints being left behind. It would certainly be good if the PBNs are being spread out in different hosts and servers. This would make things difficult for search engines to identify the movements!

If done properly the risks are relatively low but there is always a risk with everything you try to do to game Google.
