Y'all ready for inspiration? I was depressed. I was clueless. I was very unconfident. I was.. weak. Let me just tell you a little bit about myself, so you can understand why I'm doing this. 2-3 years ago, I was in the worst shape,completely insecure, depressed and overall just miserable. Slowly but surely I started getting interested in health and fitness, reading and researching everything I possibly could. Not only workouts and exercises, but health and nutrition too. I started putting my knowledge to the test and put effort in the gym and in my diet and supplementation. I hired a personal trainer for whom I payed too much money for, and made some results and it was only after that I hired this personal trainer where I really grew as a person, and made the best results of my life. I had come to the conclusion that people need a push, people need motivation, and people need to have at the very least a basic understanding of their surroundings in the gym, and their life outside of it, (in terms of health and nutrition). When I had come to this realization I was in the best shape of my life and people kept asking me how I do it. I told them that they don't need a highly expensive personal trainer to reach their goals, they just need to be persistent, and they need to have a SOLID nutritional diet and supplementation program. It is guaranteed after this point, that they will make results. And they did. I've had countless amounts of people tell me I've inspired them to new heights in life, and inspired them to reach their fitness and health goals, and this is MY motivation.This is MY inspiration. THIS is what drives me to post things like these and to speak with people like you, personally. Being healthy has brought me to live the happiest moments of my life. Being fit has given me the opportunities to do what I want to do, whenever I want, without any troubles. It has given me the CONFIDENCE I need to get me through my day.. my week.. my month and my years. Living this lifestyle has given me the strength to do anything strenuous with ease, and having fun while doing it. Some people get fit to look good for the opposite sex. Some people get fit to live a healthier lifestyle. Some people get fit so they can enjoy their vacation in the Bahamas. Funny thing is, along with so many other factors.. ALL OF THESE will fall into place at one point. It has for me, and this is why I believe it can happen for anyone. Because I'm just a normal person like anybody else. This is my story, I want to help you create yours. It's that simple. I believe in karma so therefore by me helping people with their lives, somewhere down the line when I need it.. somebody will help me with mine. What goes around comes around,you know. Here's where it gets great. Achieving these types of goals will allow you to achieve any other goal you want in your life. It will be your very own inspiration to keep moving forward no matter how hard the obstacle may be. You will look back at the times you've struggled, and how you overcame. How you defeated the negativity. How you can't be stopped. And how you're now a force to be reckoned with. Now,that's not to say I wasn't getting girls because I wasn't fit, and it isn't to say I didn't have fun on vacations, and it's definitely notto say that I can't be happy without being fit. But my god, did all of those things fall so much more into place.. so easily. "Okay so this is going to sound really fucking odd, so I'll apologize in advance. But I seriously don't understand how you went from such acute kid to one of the hottest guys I've ever witnessed. Whats your secret? Do you practise witchcraft? Did you sacrifice a virgin?" "I should have kept dating him, he got really hot." "I want you to come over right now, so I can do bad things to you." Needless to say, I've never gotten such blatant "I want to f*** him right now" compliments in my life until I was fit. It's a shallow, cruel, judgemental world out there people, why not make the best of it. I'll tell you right now, the journey takes a while but it is worth it. I never made this thread to brag and show off, I'm young, and if I can do it you can too, no matter what your age is. It's just a number. I wish to inspire, that's all. Here are a couple of pictures to show you where I'm at. For anyone considering trying to whip themselves back into shape, feel free to post in this thread with ANY questions and I'll answer them. You can also PM me for more personal responses, but I'd prefer you post here in case anyone else has the same question. Last note: Listen, I understand this is the motherf*ckin' BHW lounge I'm posting in here, so there are probably going to be some trolls. Whatever. I'm just trying to spread some positive vibes around here. Also, I definitely understand that there are probably people on this forum that are way more of a fitness/health expert than I am, I never claimed to be an expert. I'm simply an enthusiast. I am not the biggest dude on the block, I know that as well. Cheers.
