how are these people getting free unlimited internet?

there are guys on some classifieds websites that say if you pay a $200 one time fee, they will give you free unlimited internet.
does anyone know how these work? I am assuming they hack the modem and steal the internet from one of the big providers, but not sure.

Sounds like you right.

You can depend on where you live get some places which give free internet such as say library which is open 24/7 so sometimes people sort of hack that then sell it to people for like $100 or so for it you buy it thinking it's your sort of system then you find out it stops working once there way into the system stops working.

Hey bro internet is not transferable like a ball. That They are saying they will give you unlimited Internet for 200$
You need to have proper wires connected if it is wired or connect to a network WiFi
