How are Landers like this made exactly?

No expert here, but it looks like they simply are passing the variables along through the URL in the various parameters. Basically when you see the "&=" string in the url you can reasonably process that there are many variables being fed into a database, or otherwise passed to the next step of the process.

That's what it looks like to me. I have no way of knowing what they use to parse the variables. It could be a simple PHP script, or hundreds of other custom solutions. My strongest guess is a simple PHP script.

If I have to rent a coder to accomplish this, so be it, but I see these all the time. Is there a script accessible as a wordpress plugin or otherwise already in play for anyone to access?

What do you mean by dynamic processing?

Nothing is happening when it goes to the final result. It's just a gif and a random delay.

I used to copy these LP's back in the day and make it my own.

Not that hard to copy. Or you can pay a coder $5-$10 to copy it for you since some LP's may need some tweaking if you don't know basic html, php or javascript.

If you want a similar landing page to that Sexy.com from CrakMedia has the perfected formulation of that type of landing page so you don't even have to worry about hosting and legality issues.

Thanks for clearing that up. I didn't even notice it was a random delay gif.

I agree with the rest of the feedback that has been provided. You can easily copy the LP, and duplicate it for your own use. You might need to tweak some of it for your needs, but now would be a good time to learn some HTML if your serious about making money online, and don't have funds to pay people to do your design work. Many of us started with basic HTML skills and built up to our current skill sets. My first money making efforts all used ripped sites. Why do all the hard work from scratch?

Sorry if my answer was confusing. I thought there might actually be some dynamic processing going on, but clearly that is not the case.
