So they're buying sim cards in bulk? I dont get it. Even if I bought sims cards here in the states, i would still have to activate the cards with cell carriers and that wouldn't make any economical sense.
Obviously one or 2 cards is one thing ,but pva's in bulk is entirely different....

Just buy bunch of prepaid cards off ebay or something like that and you're ready to go.

There's are few country in asia and middle east that have very low restriction with sim cards. Such as india, bangladesh, pakistan, philippines and many more, which doesn't require to wait for several hours to activate there sims. Upon buying the sims it will be ready to go. i mean by ready to go, they can use it right away.
U.S, UK and other country have very strict policy with this matter which why there are only couple of people who can provide FB PVA.
Absolutely right. I know guys in my country who own 5k sim cards.
yes pva creation is very easy ..... for app creation it is only ip issue... i am creating more than 300 apps per day ...... but need to try many times ... there is no alternative method
i know 3 different ways to create fb PVA, without having to buy any sims! (not using Cc/Vccs)

No one is expecting to release but it would be better not to reply your useless answer here.
1)There is thing also know as virtual sim cards that can serve as replacement for real sim cards.
2) Accounts older than 1 year can make apps without being PVA.
