I use about 5,000-10,000 hotmail accounts per month. Fortunately this month I did not need any (long story). In any case it seems that Hotmail locked all their accounts that were not phone activated. I need some kind of service that will allow me to sign up for up to 10,000 phone numbers that have sms as well. This way I have a telephone number that I can supply hotmail with and also get the code from hotmail sent as an sms to this phone number. Any ideas on which service I can use would be appreciated.
