Hotel chain trying to sue me because of Escort Services

Ive always linked escort services to local SEO, specially hotels. Most of my sites have local SEO ads on fake addresses right next to hotel chainis. One of this HC are trying to sue me If I don't remove content of mine using their names and addresses.

Over 68% of my foreign traffic/clients (for my advertisers not me, Im not a pimp) look for KW + his hotel in UK.

Should I fold or fight? Reason is... Im ranking their names linked to Escort Services. Im open to deal as long they pay me to remove the ads...

Am I playing dirt? Yes! I use BH to kidnap their results. But SEO is a no man's land so I really dont care since I cross the finish line first.

Would you be intimidated by lawyers?

Is it a big hotel chain with business in the country where you are? A UK business is unlikely to want to try to take you to court in Sao Paulo.

Yes! They run about 40 hotels in Brazil. 11 in São Paulo but it's the UK venues they're pissed about.

When there are football games in Manchester I know the hotels where most fans and clubs use to stay in.

People asking for escort services are bothering the staff I think. Maybe because they do adult biz with a well-known local agency since forever!
 
Im not telling people: find escort services at... Im just doing local SEO for people looking for sex.

If people get to host by zoos Ill do the same.

Let's pretend we don't know about partnerships involving Escort services and hotels.

In Carcassone even the airbnb place I stayed in had escort ads when you are registering for free wi-fi.

I was going to say the same thing; very interesting twist. I wouldn't drop the ads though, as long as they can't connect your real name to the site/ads/etc.

I use a cloaker and safe pages in a niche on which you can go wild regarding the text and pics without getting into trouble. you need to delete comments since some freaks post complaints like "oh FB is the new backpage, craigslist" etc....
 
I wouldn't worry about it, it's very unlikely they will sue, and more unlikely they will win.

Btw... Is a clever method. Not for me, but I can see it would work.
