hotbit is a fucked up exchange. But... hopefully most users won't run into any issues with their accounts.
Because, if you do, you will get a headache only to realize they don't have a minimal grasp of English.
Why? What's your experience with hotbit? I know they were hacked recently though

I just said.
Better chances of communicating with bots, than with their support.
To make it clear, I would never use them again even if they would be the only exchange for a coin that I would want badly.
