Hot to get your website's posts shown in results by tag?

Example:i search for "good evening"

the results are:
site1.com/good-evening...
site2.com/good-evening...
site3.com/tag/good-evening

And when i click the link it's obvious that i entered the "good-evening" tag page of this website, where i can see all the posts that are tagged in "good-evening".I searched further and all of this website's posts are indexed this way.HOW?

It's simple. He has some quality articles under that tag or/and he pointed some BL to that TAG page. It's not something unusual.

Point links to the tag url.

They are not quality articles, nor unique.

Tags do carry some weight in searches. In the niches I work on, its easier to rank a tag than an article. Could that be the case too?

Practically saying, tag doesn't give much value to visitor. Wordpress already have category and we can arrange the content based on category. So, when the same content appears within a tag, it's just duplicate content. Now imagine a scenario -

A post is already having one unique URL
The same post appearing in a category
The same post appearing again in a tag. Again if you use more tag for one post, lets say 5, the same post will appear in 4 other tags.

This way, duplicate content gets increased and it actually doesn't contain much value for reader. For the best practice, try to group posts in a same tag and avoid using more tags. Many prefer disabling indexing of tag archieve. SEOMOZ has a great explanation on this topic. You can search in Google for further info.

To rank your site for Tag, you can also give importance to inner links pointing to tags. Check out some authority sites and you will get the idea. Here is an example - suppose you have a site in relationship niche and you have a tag as - romance. Now, whenever you use the word 'Romance' in content, link it to the tag. You can refer - yourtango

One small tip - Do not use the same keyword for Tag and Category and vice versa.
