So for this method you require investment of about 1000$ for buying a drone + camera. You can get a cheaper one if you want.

So basically what will you do, you will call real estate builders about how can you shoot a short aerial video about their apartments using a camera mounted on a drone.. With some basic editing, transitions and voice overs you can make it look really good.. You can charge according to the length of the video.. I charge 800$ for a 10 minute fully edited video.

You can easily expand it to various sectorns like wildlife photography, inspection of pipes, containers and boilers required in different industries

The idea is already being used, with results i question the fee per video, maybe 100-150 and the estate would bit, however mixing the sale sales pitch with a social media package could boost the fee. good luck

Cool idea, it can be definitely sold by real estate agent if expensive high end properties are recorded.
I also wanna hear about other members idea, thought, or even restrictions doing this.

This is actually not a "cool" idea, it is a "proven" idea. I've a friend selling drone as part time income. Sometimes, he got a request to record wedding videos/photos. He were joking to me that he wanted to be a full time drone seller & photographer after finish college. He never told me his income rate but he told me, 1 request is enough to live for a month.

Do it at the beach or at places where tourists visit. Tourists would love aerial footage of themselves sunbathing, or shopping, etc.

F*** off, I'd be surprised if you take action on anything.

Nice method I've seen it mentioned around the internet a few times. Real estate agents love stuff like this to showcase the property they're selling. I was in a town market this summer and saw a booth advertising quadcopter + camera services. Even see a few of them on CL. Posting some ads up in the real estate section may lead to some interested leads.
FAA (federal aviation administration) recently passed some rules for commercial use of quadcopters, be sure you have all your paper work squared away if you care about doing these things by the book. Or just don't get caught. But it would suck if your client is anal about the laws and grills you about having the proper certifications.

This concept only works if you shoot video with a 3 axis stabilizer as well, because only footage from the sky doesn't pull the trigger for customers.
Don't forget the video edit prog. which is quite expensive and you need some decent skills to fly these multi-copters. I did this before but in my country, it's now illegal to sell commercial videos when you don't have a license which costs over 1.000 $.

So if you know how to edit video, how to attract customers, have all the licenses and tools you need, have insurance, etc. you're good to go. I needed to invest over $ 5.000 for starting a company. Not worth it because i don't have time to do at least X sales a month.

This really a full-time job or just a hobby.
