Hostinger is the worst hosting

I changed to another control panel, same thing limitations on the PHP version you can use.

The support under their VPS service is nonexistent, If you can’t identify what the problem is and fix it yourself these people will not help you and will see that the VPS service does not come with support. Then when they say they will help they ask Asinine questions that are already included in the log files which they do not want to take anytime to look at. I have to read the log file to them. I am wording if this has been the expereace of other people with the company?

I understand what you are saying, but by default a VPS does not come with MANAGEMENT, you are just paying for a box with a linux distro installed nothing more; this is why many people choose shared hosting over a vps, they know if they get any problem they will fix it, i agree with you that it might be misleading for some people but this is how it is. It is better before diving into buying a vps or dedicated server that you do your research and know what you will get and from who you will get it.
If you don't know anything about linux and don't want to bother learning basic server management then just buy shared hosting.
