I got a vps 4 core, 8 gbram, 60Gb Nvme SSD , and 8TB bandwidth with 10gbps uplink it was on a latest amd hardware from greencloud VPS ($45 year) found them on Lowendtalk.
Wordpress runs superfast on it.

Also used bunnycdn on one of my project $1 for cdn
 
Hostinger i am personally using have-not faced any issue ever yet over 4 years
 
Accounts from libertyvps.net and planethoster.com are reliable enough to have a deal with.

I was thinking to go with Hostinger's Business plan but not sure how will it handle sudden flow of traffic. Mostly it will start crapping.

Looking for cheap cloud hosting with web control panel or full trial for at least 1 month? Budget is strictly around $10 a month for this project.

Look for hostinger plans that suit this project. They are very affordable.

I was not aware that hostinger business plan in only $10. But I will not expect anything great at this price point
