Hosting needed

Hi,

I'm in the need of a hosting company that can host these needings:

1. API
2. Having root servers (compared to Netcup)
3. Competative pricing (also similar like Netcup)
4. Being able to make my own image/template to enroll on my customer VM's
5. Monthly payment
6. Loads of scale, we need to deliver a lot of servers to our customers
7. Network(ing) performance is important
8. Locations: EU (preferable UK/FR/DE/NL - at least at fast internet exchanges)
9. We need to make Windows Server images/templates (no Linux - but we need Linux for our own stuff tho)

Any ideas? For my reasons I dont want to use Netcup, but I'm open to all alternatives

(I already checked Venocix, Hertzner etc. - those wont do the trick due a lack of performance and/or technical features)

Try NetShop-isp.com.cy - they are flexible enough to meet your specific needs.
Easy setup in control panel as well, and an excellent price.

I always look for a few things: Reliability, Support/Knowledge, Price - you get what you pay for really. Nice hosting solutions are offered by QHoster.com team.
