WTF! I just woke up and 2 of my sites are suspended and they're business websites so it's nothing blackhat.

I decide to go check on my host' site (FiberLightning) and their page is suspended too?!

Now I tried looking for their phone number on Google and the only I found and tried to called ended up being a false one! :grumble:

    What should I do?

You are pretty much fucked up as I read what you wrote.

Tell me you have a recent backup of your sites.

What can you do? Nothing really.

Start again with your back up, if you don't have a back up then just start again and in future do have a back up.

If the hosts site is suspended i'm guessing you just bought from a reseller account? If that's the case get a support ticket with the people who were actually hosting the sites.

Yeah I just realized this so I'm calling the 'real' hosting company right now. Hopefully they can do something!

I had my host suspended, but still had access to my cpanel and site.

Most hosts are resellers, so even if they go down, your site won't necessarily.

Have you tried logging in? Not to the host's webpage (obviously) but to your own?

If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

Learn a lesson and be careful next time.

Sounds like your host didn't pay their reseller account - as soon as their account gets suspended, all sites under that are suspended too.

Hope you get some backups mate!

There are way to many legit hosting companies at affordable prices to be messing around with low rent hosts...

    Yup it didn't work.

Never had any problem for close to a year now!

I spoke with a rep from the main host and they said they will try to get my sites online again and they will do the same for Fiberlightning so I can get their contact info/cancel my hosting with them. Also I realized I didn't even get any backups so this will serve me as a lesson. :/

A lesson not just for you but for everyone. Most of us tend to take it easy when it comes to doing a full site back up and when things go wrong, end up wishing that we did take a back up.

    Glad you got it sorted.

I'm doing a back up, thanks to this thread!

I just had a similar experience with Just Host except they took all my sites offline for using "Too many Rescources" on an unlimited account, luckily Host Winds came to my rescue and downloaded all my sites straight onto their servers lol.
    Brilliant stuff
