offshore hosting will do the job for you, visit the marketplace of BHW and you will find plenty of offerings. Please dont forget to read the reviews and contact the provider before hosting it

Any organization / company outside of Brazil will ignore it. Since Brazil laws only applies there.
You just need to search for good offshore hosting and the issue will be solved.

Pro-tip: Search and ask before buying anything from any provider (check their Terms of Service and AUP) if is not there, then is probably allowed.
