    Hey Guys,

I'm looking to get started with CPA using gateways. I've read over the threads on here, and I just had a couple questions..

It seems as though many people are earning well from video/tv show sites. Here's what I'm wondering, how do people get around the copyright laws?

I know many people embed from megavideo etc., but when I did a search on there, I couldn't find any decent, full length movies or tv series..

Anyway, even if they were on there, all the visitor would have to do is click the video and there would be an annoying megavideo popup that would link them directly to the source.

It seems like the best way to increase conversions is to have the video play on the site, and a few minutes in, then hit them with the gateway/CPA pop up ..

I would like to host the videos directly on the sites I plan to make.

    www.mmatko.com

That site hosts all sorts of copyrighted content directly on there.

How are they getting around the copyright laws of doing so?

Is it the location of the hosting provider?

If so, do any of you guys know of any inexpensive, yet reliable hosting providers based out of regions where copyright laws won't be applicable?

Any insight will be greatly appreciated..

    Thanks in advance,

    Bill

I don't recommend hosting your own video because you can still get found out by the MPAA and you may get a lawsuit. Also there arn't very many reliable offshore hosts. I recommend biohost but there servers are a little slow and they don't give you a lot of diskspace to host videos, but at least they have good uptime.

My suggestion to you is to sign up with an offshore host, (bio host will work but there are others. Just look around the hosting forum) and then going to sidereel.com and finding the zshare or megavideo episodes you want.

If you choose a hosting provider "offshore" or with more relax laws your fine....or you can find a host in the u.s. but that is not easy depending how many complaints you get..

The website u posted is hosted by Onlinehome.us .

    I use altushost.com personally
