I'm hosting a couple dozen copyright files via a overseas hosting that ignore DMCA requests.

I'm a bit worried though. I'm signed up with Godaddy using a fake name and prepaid credit card. But, do I have to worry about them subpoena'ing Godaddy for my IP address or something? Or even my billing information? I think I even put my phone number on godaddy's end. And do I have to worry about them taking my domain name?

Not that I have had any complaints yet... I'm just worried about the future.. All the files are from the same company.

In the future you would have to sue just like Rapidshare and Megaupload sites went down. Copyrighted sites only wins not the copied people.
