Is it possible for a Hosting company to steal traffic from your websites or divert them ...
And in any form, How to possibly guard traffic/visitors being stolen from your site ?

If its a free hosting provider then yes. They sometimes put 'hosted by' links/logos into the footer of your website or iframe or whatever. Or if your service has expired for example they could redirect your domain to their website. Otherwise no, it's not possible.

I think technically its yes, but I don't think any provider would do this, unless its a free hosting as mentioned above.
