I'm a White Hatter and this is going to be my first Black Hat venture! Wooop !

For my White Hat projects I usually use a free UK based hosting provider who's servers are located within the US and if I'm promoting anything "seedy" I tend to just use Whois Privacy.

I'm about to launch an extremely seedy website and will be employing Back Hat tactics.

My dilemma is - When it comes to hosting, I am worried about registering the domain and hosting using my real name and contact details but at the same time I am worried about losing the domain due to not registering it with my real details.

If anybody has any sound advice on domain registration, hosting and privacy under these circumstances , it would be highly appreciated.
