HostGator questions

I have a few questions about HostGator's affliate program.

I've noticed that their page-view-count updates rather quickly. However, how fast does their sales-made count update?

I know that they say they pay out monthly, however, they have a 60 day holding period (to catch fraud). So how long does it take you to get a sale "into your pocket"?

Do they suspect/freeze accounts for no reason?
