So I just signed up and PAID for an HostGator account looking forward to crapping out 500 emails an hour as soon as I signed up. Little did I know that I was about to get an email saying that I need to verify my order by either scanning my passport or drivers license and waiting for hours and hours for them to open my account, OR call their phone support (Where EVERYONE calls, same number) and ASKING for the right place, then waiting in line there, and then talking to someone to verify something. I can't wait! What do they ask for in the verification? And do they always do this? I signed up with my paypal account but I input my old United States address where I once lived. Will that be a problem? Edit: Just wanted to say that I spoke to their customer support and as soon as I said the word "damn" in my a little negative sentence he responded with a copy paste note that if I continue to be abusive they will close my account. And then for the fun of it I started getting a little personal. Asked if he worked in HostGators office or at home. He answered HostGators office in Texas. Then I said "Oh great, Texas. Where everyone can be shot" Lol, then I was going to keep on going till he ends the conversation but I needed to go some place I'll try again later.
