Hosted Your Own Startup At Hostgator

    I mean if you have great idea.
    You develop the idea. For example uber, airbnd.

    And then you just hosted your startup at typical server like Hostgator, digitalocean, aws.

    Is that ok? just for starter.

    I see silicone Valley tv series. Why most startup need to host the program on their own server that will cost them $70,000.00?

    Even before it didn't even launch yet?

    I know its stupid question. just wonder..

    Do you guys have any recommendation book that will explain about startup launch from a-z.

    Yeah it's ok. It's very limited, and if you get a stream of visitors from a viral post or something, they'll ask you to upgrade or leave if you use up too much resources. Any way if the traffic increases, it means you're making more $ so you can scale up.
