I recently had a bit of faith restored in humanity (on ebay at least lol).
A buyer ordered from me way back on Aug 21st. Buyer claimed order never arrived
and I gave them a full refund of about $80 USD. Just last week, a little over 3 months
after purchase date, buyer said the order finally arrived and wanted to pay me back
the $80. I received the money back and it's moment like these that leave me speechless
(in a good way). Only a week before this one, another buyer had also received a refund from me
for claim of unreceived item but promised if it eventually arrived, would pay me back. Well,
it came and he contacted me to pay me back the $30.
It's not often I get cases like this. Of the 100 or so refunds I've given so far since I started, I think I've only had about 4 or 5 people now contact me back to say they received it and wanted to pay me back.
God bless those souls and may they be rewarded two-fold for their integrity.
Since we only talk about the bad stories in this field of business, I thought I'd share a little bit of the good side. How about you?
