Ok so far I have 2 different subscriptions to homepage backlink services.

Was checking one of them today and been with this particular one since November. A few PR6-5-4-3 blogs (38 total)

Was doing a spot check on them and my post is still on the homepage but since I signed up there is about 50 other post as well. Again all on the homepage.

My question is how does Google see my link on the blogs and rank me for it? If they crawl it once and pick me up, will they rank me again on there next crawl?

Im just wondering how long can a post collect PR juice and pass it down from these homepage networks?

So long as they don't over do it you should be fine. It can last quite a long time. I presume they probably cap it at around 100 posts which should be fine. If it's over that then I might be concerned.
