I just came across this ad when searching on google.

They’re definitely cloaking. This is very dangerous if it’s shown to the wrong person. I could not believe my eyes.

I did. The screenshot in the op is the actual website. I think it was in German originally but the site has the google translate bar so I translated it to English. I clicked out of curiousity because the ad in the serps just said “coming soon” (they were cloaking and I wanted to know why).

The weird thing is this screenshot contains images of Cyanide. The link you mentioned utilizes nitrogen gas

I’m not an expert in AdWords cloaking but since they’re cloaking I doubt their ads are targeted.

I expect its just the translation ?

Just go across the border into Mexico, pick up anything you want, write a note stating "this medication is for personal use only", and then you can legal bring the medication back into the US.
