Friend of mine contacted me he is trying to sell
something via a raffle online and was looking for
the best way to do it. After some searching I
really can't find a solution, so I'd love some
    feedback here.

I suggested a couple of manual ways people
can purchase tickets online and them get a
ticket mailed to them, but since his lawyer
is handling it for obvious reasons (US based)
that would cost him a fortune.

The only thing I could come up with is sign
them up for aweber - and match the info and
numbers to a list of payments, but what would
be the best way to take payments for this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Every state has different laws for sweepstakes and raffles and running an online raffle for profit is probably illegal in every state.

There is a reason you don't see raffles online.

    That being said.... hxxp://www.rafflesoft.com/home/overview.php
