I've never had a problem indexing a site, and usually it takes 2-3 days. But this new site I just went online with won't index and it's been 2-3 weeks. I posted links and have Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc accounts.. The domain is 5 years old, it was on and offline for 4 years at random times. It's finally back up and running with all new pages and designs. It has maybe 15 backlinks, but when I search for backlinks in Google there's 50 sites with my link on it that we're built 4 years ago, most stat counting links. Submitted again to Google's url submission.

Should I start building links? There's 10 articles on the site, everything works, no broken pages, it was coded by a professional firm, on-page is finished, not sure what's going on.. Should I add webmaster tools? I've never used them on any site in the past, hate giving away my data..

This is really unusual for me.

Try ordering a retweet gig from Fiverr. That's usually what I use to first index a site

Using G+ for Instantly index that's good and fast method. after indexing you can start build links firm.Yes, you can add your site webmaster tool that's good for your site.

Finally got it indexed, only the homepage though. Old pages still showing (4 years ago never got deleted, no idea how they are still on the serps) for site: search, but I can now see the homepage and it's cached with the new design/meta-data, etc using the info: search..

Thanks for all of the help.
