    hey Blackhatz.

I gotta product that i wanna promote for short period of time.
Im gona target organic traffic with SEO.

Im not too interested in long term strategies here. Within a month the product will be dead.

    Soooo....

What would be your best strategy for a short campaign like this?

Blast with scrapebox/xrumersenuke (basically everything!!) to main domain?

Backlink 100000's of links within 24 hrs?

Do you think this would do to hit first page for a small amount of time?

After the site gets slapped by The G I'll just move on.

ANy thoughts and comments would be appreciated.

I'll be sure to post up my findings when i get some results.

    thnks.

You just answered your own question, didn't you? Blast away right to the site and wait for it to get slapped back down. Since its shortterm and your selling something, what about adwords?

That's a tough one, because SEO is a long-term thing, not a short term thing.

Once you create links, the search engines need some time to find them, and then you need to wait some more until those links begin to have a positive impact on your rankings.

I would never take on a SEO project that's only supposed to last one month long: the realistic possibilities for success would be minimal.
