Hey, so I was ranking #1 for a pretty competitive search term in my niche for some time with about 75k backlinks.

Then I was suddenly hit by around 50k low quality backlinks (looks like trackbacks) with my main keyword as anchors in all of them.
My backlinking profile gone from around 17% main keyword as anchors to around 45% and I think this is the reason my website got punished to page 15 or so, due to the negative SEO over optimizing my keyword.

What can I do? Disavow them? It's hard to find them all through GWT. Or should I give up and 301 redirect it and make another website? I seriously hate that guy...

You answered it above - disavow them.

take under consideration that disavowing links takes X amount of time for Google to merge all users disavow's to make a decision and that can take some time.
Personally I would disavow and build a new site at the same time, maybe you'll end up with 2 sites at top 10 results.

If you have the firepower, simply increase the amount of backlinks and dillute the anchor text profile.

Disavow takes time from 30days and beyond.

Redirecting seems like a good idea if you can't wait but if i were you i would clean up the profile and hold on.

With 50k+ backlinks there won't be any reason or way to say start contacting the owners.

Just make more links and bring your percentage back down for your main keyword.

Did those 50k links appear instantly?

Be aware that in competitive niches a lot of negative SEO goes on, so it is your duty to check links, almost every 2 days. SERIOUSLY!

Use a service to detect the bad links and dissavow them and build new powerful links at the same time...

This might be what I would like to try...
But it looks completely unnatural, I have around 50 links daily, then suddenly I get 25k for two days (in majesticseo) so I am not sure if simply dilluting the anchor text from my main keyword will help...
I might be hit for that sudden jump in backlinks and I obviously can't continue building 25k good links to my website as I don't have the resources for that.

Though it'll take some time, Disavow the links and put in a reconsideration request to Google. If this is your money site and is making you good money than it'll be worth you effort to revive the site to get its ranking(s) back. I'm sorry to hear about this, it sucks when something like this happens especially to an authoritative site.

Disavow all of the bad links, and try to get blog post links from authority sites. It'll help you to recover your site and get your site repute back in the eyes of Big G.

    Keep making nice links.

Use a link checker tool to find out maximum amount of trackbacks. Often, the number of unique domains in trackback services is very low even if you find few trackbacks you will find many domains which are linking to you. So just disvow all of them.

File a reconsideration request too stating you have disvowed and documenting everything.

    Good luck

IMO the second you disavow, you plead guilty.

Don't disavow anything and put in the reconsideration request anyway. Explain that someone not you is doing this, you see it happening, explain your long history, and see what they do. Approach it like a businessman who is worried about their business.

A anual review can fix this if your are not in an insane niche.

What if its the guy in spot 6 knocking the leaders off one by one until he gets there? You gonna fuck up 5 of his competitors for him?

I don't have the resources nor the ethic to blast possible innocent webmasters websites with nseo if I knew how to do it exactly...

All I want is my website back, from past experience I stopped writing/contacting Google and explain my situation as I've always encountered general/not caring/automatic responses...
Even on those places they promise a "human response"...

I have tried to locate most of the domains and disavowed them. Extremely hard to find all the nseo blasted domains though, how do I exactly tell them from the quality ones?

I removed the obvious porn/links from domains in another language (especially asia ones) and filed a request...
