This is a customer support role that relies primarily on email/text messages. The company don’t require any phone/video interaction with customers. The company is an education startup.
Primary responsibilities are responding to questions from parents (external customers) and teachers (internal). Most of it is re-scheduling classes they missed/can’t make. Sometimes they require like crisis mediation if teachers dont show up/is late but wont require video or audio. Some of it includes making recommendations for classes. Right now it’s 30 hrs/week, but since kids are going back to school I expect maybe 20 hrs/week.
Generally, someone who can speak English well and can learn fast would be great! I can also train the person if needed.
Pay is $5 per hour ($400 to $600 per month)
