This job post is for one of the top SEO agencies the USA.
I'm posting here because this forum is where I started learning SEO over nearly 20 years ago, and it's a way to pay back to my roots.
We have dedicated teams for technical SEO, strategy and content, as well as project managers, so you can be a lead strategist.
This role is very senior. Please only apply if you're a rock star. I will know within seconds of interviewing - save yourself time!
You have to have managed people, worked with business clients on accounts who pay at least $10,000 a month for their SEO.
It's an ideal job if you want to make a large career jump forward working with 2 of the world's top 10 largest companies plus dozens of the fortune 500 and beyond.
Also, I've previously hired TWO team members from a BHW thread like this, and they have worked for us for years.
What should your qualifications be?
- Fluent Spoken English + Grammar Perfect Written English
- SEO Knowledge, audits, migrations, sitemaps, on-page, competitive research
- Full-time contract to hire
- If you don't live in the USA are you able to work USA hours?
- Enterprise experience preferred
- Super passionate about everything SEO
- Driven to be the best at SEO
Self Screening Questions Before You Apply:
- Are you up to date on algorithm, chrome, search guideline changes?
- Are you an SEMrush or Ahrefs power user? (or other)
- Have you ever managed a complex SEO project (more than just a blog & some link building ...)
- Are you able to work as part of a team and flourish?
- Are you driven, passionate, elevating and innovative?
Set yourself apart by answering these screening questions (don't post these in the public forum - they are your way to get ahead):
- Explain the difference between micro & macro semantic optimization from a content strategy perspective (your opinions welcome).
- Explain why Google is making SXG available outside of AMP.
- Explain how Google crawls sites that depend on client site JS rendering.
- Explain how Google measures Web Core vitals in order to apply it as a ranking factor.
- Explain DMOZ and how it is / is not relevant anymore today.
- Explain how you see Google becoming a conversational search engine and the consequences for content creators.
---> If you're interested, reply to this thread, message me with your experience, wage expectations, and a way to get in touch with you, like Skype.<---
Thanks,
DukeFx
