You guys already know that publishing books in the Kindle marketplace is a really viable way to build long-term income, but I'm not sure that many of you know about the risks involved in outsourcing the job. For many BHW members, English is a second language and that often means outsourcing is one of your only options. I'd like to know whether or not you guys would be interested in a large post on my process for hiring writers.

I would include key topics such as:

    • Risks involved
    • Reducing these risks
    • Where to find applicants
    • What to look for in quality applicants
    • How to quickly eliminate bad applicants
    • How to manage your writers in a way that maximizes your odds of success
    • What to do if your provider tries to rip you off
    • And a few more

This is something I plan to write about in the near future but a post tailored to the BHW audience wasn't on my radar, if you're interested in this please just let me know and I'll draft a nice big guide for all of you wonderful members and lurkers.

    Cheers!

    • Thanks Thanks x 4

I have tried outsourcing some of my ebook works and have gotten back absolute junk. Now I only put out jobs for fact finding/research because that seems to be less risk, but would like to find out what tricks you have in mind. Voted yes for the OP
