    Hi all,

    I have a very specific problem, which is giving me some headaches, so I may as well just hire one of you nice people to do it for me. I need to change the way some form dropdowns appear, using jQuery.

    More specifically, I would like to modify the "Colour" fields to show an image of that specific colour, next to the name:
    [IMG] [IMG]

    I would like to modify the "Font" dropdown to show the actual fonts.
    [IMG] [IMG]

    PM me or post here with a price.
    I will not add you on Skype.
    Please don't contact me if you don't know what you're doing.
    I will only pay if the job is done properly, not for a failed attempt.

    This can be achieved with straight CSS.

    Color swatch in select element:
    Code:
    https://jsfiddle.net/Va4At/

    Font select element:
    Code:
    <select>
         <option style="font-family: 'Comic Sans MS'">Comic Sans MS</option>
         <option style="font-family: Arial">Arial</option>
         <option style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'">Times New Roman</option>
      </select>

    • Thanks Thanks x 1

    Thanks for the input dude. The color swatch code looks good.
    However I've tried every possible CSS code in my dropdowns to change the fonts. It doesn't make any sort of difference to <option> tags unfortunately.
