I've only seen two services like this on here. One person hasn't responded, and the other person I can't find the post. I've seen it a few times on the internet where someone will shout you out continuously till about 1k followers or more follow your account. And I've seen it priced at $40-$85 for 1k...and more and so on. Is there anyone who does this type of service...I know about the shoutout pages, but I am looking to invest and build my account more.
