Hire a VA or Pay For A Monthly Service?

So, I'm thinking about hiring a virtual assistant to manually build backlinks to one of my sites. Can you guys recommend a place to find a GOOD VA?

Or would I be better off just using a backlink building service? Kinda sounds like the same thing but I'm guessing a VA would be more dedicated?


Also, what's your experience with a VA been like? Good or Bad? Please share your experience..
How much do you pay and for what tasks?

if you can find someone who knows what they're doing for cheap, VA might be the better option since you can build a closer relationship with them then if you bought a service from someone who has 100 clients to answer to. Also VA is more flexible and they can listen to what you're looking for where monthly service is more like a cookie cutter service.

If you are nit picky about what you want, I'd suggest a VA otherwise go for monthly service.

For me the best option has always been to hire a VA. Monthly services just don't havt the same loyalty.

Hiring a VA is often good,when you teach him/her the proceedings to do jobs.I have had better roi in VAs than monthly services.
