Bascily, I have an extra set of hands that I can have help me if I want. The problem is, I have no idea what to have him to for me! He's very good with computers though, any ideas? Although he really has zero experience with IM.

    /randompost :D

    Craigslist postings maybe?

I dont know your exact methods for IM as im sure a lot of people have their own. So really you are the best person to answer that question. If you do Facebook stuff, have him start creating names and adding friends maybe start some groups up or start thinking of some viral ideas to use. CL is always there. You teach him what you want him to do.

Somewhat agreed. Just be prepared to treat him like an employee. And if anything, dont "coach" him. If you are paying him to be there and do stuff for you, dont let him on on the ROI or give passwords to accounts etc. If he is at all smart, he will see how much you are making from it and go do it on his own.

If he is a real good friend, whatever he does for you, make your agreement super clear and write it down together so both sides know (and have a reminder) what their responsibilities are. Otherwise you might risk the friendship in the long run.

Thanks for the advice - he won't handle any accounts etc, so no worries about that. :)

Well me personally if you were to work with him, I wouldn't do it at the same place. You'll get to where ya'll goof off too much and have too much fun. But of course that does not apply if ya'll are more mature than me.
