Hi,

Which country is the highest payment threshold? Where can I find virtual credit cards?
I want to work a little blackhat.

Payment threshold does not matter on country. It matters on the account previous budgets spent, and they will raise accordingly.

Unfortunately, most of the vcc's are being banned in facebook. So you cannot find vcc now a days so easily.

I don't understand how those who do it now.
How do they open accounts, how do they do it?
