So i'm considering doing a lot of facebook promotions in my country as the traffic price is very low, not sure what the website will be about yet though. Any recommendations for a good CPC/CPM network that doesnt need godly requirements and pays decent?

I guess you are looking network for mainstream traffic?
If so, you can try Exoclick
I'm using Juicyads, but for adult websites

I use exoclick the CPM is pretty good I would say, if it is T1 traffic ofc

On Exoclick CPM is good in compare with similar networks
