Higher credit homeowner audience?

I have a question regarding Facebook ads. Is there a way where I can target high credit homeowners? Like is there a way I can get a email list for that? I run a security company, and the problem with Facebook is that the credit of the people that are calling are just absolutely horrible. I need people that can actually get this service

Unfortunately credit is one of those taboo topics. Unless you're able to access (potentially illegally) their "already pulled" credit reports or attain some info from them willingly; you won't have much luck. You'll have to find a way to figure out what the habits of ppl with high credit limits are. Maybe find an Instagram or reddit or fb group that has credit repair, or something like it, and find their competition. Then you can extract the data of people who possibly follow these groups but don't participate. Then you can also read testimonials from FB mbrs, and add them to your "audience".

if you doing home security, then get new homeowners data, and do lookalike audience. it worked wonders for one of my clients back then, they were doing Monitronics home security. Due to IOS update not sure if it would be as effective now as I see allot of people complain about lookalike audiences not panning out for them due to IOS, but it's worth a try.
