High TF with 0 backlinks - how and is it worth working?

    Hi there,

    recently i got an expired domain with 28 TF and 28 CF
    when i checked it via majestic it has only one backlink and that too was from the same domain i.e. internal link. ahrefs also shows the same story. Check this out

    so how it is possible? and is it worth working on this domain for any SEO strength?

    nope, that is the drawback of TF, it can be easily manipulated with only 1-2 links.

    Yeah this piece of shit majestic show tf 5 for my website with 140 ref domains which also include big domain names.

    the backlink is from the same domain .. internal link :D

    TF is crap really, I have a domain with do-follow links from huffingtonpost and mashable with 0 TF - LOL!

    If they are buying seo services from fiverr then their site is probably already penalized...

    EDIT: Haven't read the OP properly.

    Yeh, this is what happens. The lower the RD is, the less reliable the TF is. With higher RD you should take TF more into the account. With 1 - 3 RD, the TF is almost completely random.
