I'm trying to set up an escort directory website based in New Zealand. I have been working in the escort industry for quite some time now, but I am unfamiliar with the online processes.

Does anyone in the industry has any experience that could share their experiences and suggest a few merchant account providers? I do not want to deal with any New Zealand banks.

I understand your position regarding the NZ banks, not the easiest ones to deal with. A lot depends on the monthly volume you currently plan to process. You have already established business in other GEOs? Or you start from scratch?

There are plenty of high risk processes that you can choose. It all depends on how many mids you want and how much volume you’re trying to process. Pm me we can chop it up. I’ve been doing in this space for yrs.

hey could u pm me mate i have a couple questions, not giving me the option to pm you

You may not necessarily need a merchant account; you just need a high-risk payment gateway.

It has horrible reviews especially on trust pilot
Most of them are from people who got charged by them, so customers.

As a payment processor for webmasters they are allright. 24/7 support, good integration help, etc.

It doesn’t make sense if apple was horrible to me does that mean I go after their payment processor and leave them a bad review?

It makes perfect sense, you don't get an email from apple's payment processor, nor billing support

When you are a customer through CCBill, your subscription, support email, etc, is all handled through CCBill. So customers complain directly to CCBill.

As far as I know CCBill hasn't missed any payments for many years, they are just too expensive and outdated.
